I can’t help but …
I can’t help but feel completely helpless and vulnerable while listening to this piece. I am stripped of my shell and left to take in this masterpiece as only myself and nothing more. It was these movies that convinced me that as a film maker you can truly make a difference in peoples lives. It has for me. Never has anything managed to stay with me for so long and so potently. I can safely say the Lord of the Rings has changed my life.

@Finstahy thats true actually, well i guess i was just trying to say that harry potter is better than back to the future. lord of the rings, star wars, and harry potter are my 3 favorite stories of good vs. evil in that order. so i guess thats what i was basing my opinion off of.

I agree. Skeptical as I was at the beginning that Tolkien’s mythology could be translated into a visual representation . . . I walked out of the first hoping that it wouldn’t be the last. Certainly, it wasn’t! I’m waiting with high hopes for the Hobbit.
