Elvis- Love Me Tender

Ladysmith Black Mambazo is a male choral group from South Africa that sings in the vocal style of isicathamiya and mbube. They rose to worldwide prominence as a result of singing with Paul Simon on his album, Graceland and have won multiple awards. They were formed by Joseph Shabalala in 1960 and became one of South Africa’s prolific recording artists, with their releases receiving gold and platinum disc honours.[1] The group has now become a mobile academy, teaching people about South Africa and its culture.

This film tells the story of Paul Simon’s landmark 1986 album, Graceland. Recorded in New York and South Africa, Graceland not only sold 14 million copies, but it was also named Album of the Year at the 1986 Grammy Awards. It brought the sound of South African music to audiences around the world. This acclaimed film shows how a career setback for Paul Simon precipitated the inspiration for Graceland, how he learned so much from the South African musicians he met, and how, in collaboration, a triumphant album was created.

Bob Dylan and his band pay tribute to Elvis Presley at Harvey’s Outdoor Arena by playing, Heartbreak Hotel live presumably the first time ever.

Those of you who want to take the audio from my video please at least redirect back to my original video here.

The audio is good, the video is how it is because I was about 100 feet from the stage, with my camera on my leg while I tried to conceal it from security and couldn’t see where it was looking so my apologies about that, if only someone produces a good video bad audio version we could combine the two.
