Bollywood not Hollywood is directly or indirectly responsible for influencing one’s personal opinion, thoughts, mindset what one thinks is good becomes bad and bad becomes good after watching it .Is not a systematic , uncensored, permission granted brainwashing of youths and public ,for their personal interest & fame in their cinematic circle. Why there is so much craze of Bollywood. Why present day cinema does not portray the good aspects of the things which creates social harmony, trust, unity among communities. Commercialization of cinema is rampant and simplistic values & ethos, of Indian cinemas at stake. Today’s cinema is bent on portraying a particular community in a very bad taste impacting the younger blood to spit the venom whenever the opportunity knocks them. Depicting Muslims as terrorists has become order of the day in today’s cinema . Why the culture of good cinemas is vanishing so rapidly. Bad people making good cinema or good people making bad cinemas very difficult to understand. A good cinema can make a large chunk of population to be positive in their thinking & attitude towards others whom they see with suspicious eye of being a traitor of this country. Bollywood has a caliber to bring about changes in social mindsets and leave a lasting impression.
So much is being spoken about reforms now a days by the new governance, like education, reforms, health reforms, insurance reforms, infrastructure reforms but why not reforms for cinemas ? which plays a crucial role in influencing, moulding the bollywood ridden public especially the youth who are the future of India with frail minds on their shoulders. Why cant the law of the land capitalize the bollywood craze for betterment of the society. There should be stern laws which regulate the bollywood and its content –should ensure the good cinemas are being made.
Lot more can be done through this medium (Bollywood), to repair the damaged and havoc done by so called advocates of Islam and muslims ,to revive the sanctity of Islam and to eliminate the ghosts of misconceptions engulfed in other communities.
