We stayed in South Haven Mississippi, which is less than 10 miles from Graceland. We stayed at Drury Inns and Suites and it comes with a complete breakfast...very safe neighborhood in our opinion. Downtown Memphis is safe during the day and a lot of fun especially walking down Bealle Street. Be sure to eat at the Blues City Cafe ... the seafood there is wonderful.
