How did Lisa Marie Presley manage to keep Graceland after Elvis’ death? Anyone know a good source to go to?

I know that Elvis made a lot of money, but was not responsible with what he earned.

Lisa Marie Presley has a grand percentage of the royalties. Priscilla though is the one that managed everything well and turned Graceland into the Mecca that it is. LMP is living off the money from both.
