Even when the songs are completely re-arranged as they are in S&M… even when they are virtually re-written to add in hundreds of new instruments… you can still sing along, cus they still resemble the original in the parts that matter!!

Elvis is great and … Elvis is great and his music stands up no matter how he plays it. If anyone wants to here an artist “do it like the album” than they should stay home and listen to the album. No live performance goes down the same every time. And I think it is a credit to any artist who can keep 30 year old material fresh and vital.
