Aloha, I’m 14 and I live in Hawaii and alot of exercising places are miles away how can I stay active?

And also my family is always working and I have no way to sign up for sports and stuff (even though i love volleyball) but also i have to babysit and i’m failing most classes so most of my habits of eating is from stress!!! i need advise BADLY….

Hey, i live in Hawaii too haha x]

Nah, just try jog around the neighborhood in the mornings like around 5 till whenever you wanna stop. Thats what i do. And when you get to highschool join a sport. Don’t you have like gym classes too? Or you can try wii fit, hah, or just exercise at home.

    walk alot you burn sooo much calories doing that especially if you wear heels

    so yea running is very good for your heart and to watch oyur weight, you have eating habits because you allow your mind to want something. All you have to do when youre hungry is just sit there and do nothing instead of reaching for a twinkie. [i saw my brother do this]

    You can walk, jog, swim, run, bike ride

    Get a group of friends together a play a sport. If you don’t know one, it will be fun learning one. – Play tennis, basketball, volleyball, soccer.
