THis is in honolulu hawaii.

Number 6 and number 4 both go downtown. You can catch it at the bus stop by the Education building, by University and Metcalf. They don’t stop right in front of Aloha Tower, but pretty close, like across the street. Just ask the bus driver!

I know that almost all modern rock bands have been influenced by Elvis, but does anyone know any bands that have been directly influenced by him? This is for a school project.

The Beatles, John Lennon in particular, were inspired by Elvis. But then again, who wasn’t?

maybe because that is how evolution has evolved them.

After years and years of upstanding individuals such as Elvis Presley, Jim Morrison, The Doobie Brothers, Keith Richards, Motley Crue. Scott Wieland, and Courtney Love can you believe that Britney Spears has brought erratic behavior and Amy Winehouse has introduced drugs into an industry long known for it dedication to sobriety and tact? Do you think the music business will be able to survive the scandal of performers using drugs or behaving badly?

What? You’ve got to be kidding. The entertainment industry in general has always had the stigma of drug abuse attached to it. And those people you listed are FAR from upstanding individuals, although they did make great music. (Excluding Courney Love)

Everytime I start to feel something special for someone special, I always get my heart broken some way or another…I just don’t know what to do!

Right now I’m feeling that a major heartbreak is waiting to happen…I’m really scared, believe it or not, because it takes me long to fully recover & each times I get heartbroken, I begin to fear love a bit more than the last time

How can I keep my heart from getting broken?

(It may sound like it, but I don’t "fall in love" all the time…it’s just that there’s always someone special in my life, & I just can’t help feeling something for them…even if nothing ever happens between us_which most of the time doesn’t)

There is no way to be positive your heart won’t get broken… But is that really a good reason to always doubt relationships? Going through some heartbreaks will be nothing compared to when true love hits. Just stay strong!
